Register for the AGM weekend
You register on Friday from 13:00 at the restaurant Paulaner Karte in the center of Wetzlar (Haarplatz 1, 35576 Wetzlar). Here you can enjoy a freshly tapped beer and a first view of the old town of Wetzlar to get in the mood for the weekend. Registration ends here at 5:00 pm.
The Welcome at the Lake
The official start of the AGM weekend is the welcome party, beginning at 19:00 on the shore of the Dutenhofener See. The evening atmosphere and the charm of the in-house sandy beach will inspire you. A shuttle service will take care of the relaxed transfer of all guests from the hotels. More information will follow. Registration is possible here from 6 pm. After two years of abstinence it's PARTY ON!

Assembly of Delegates
Saturday will then take you to Leica for the delegates' meeting. Registration from 9:00 am, start of the general meeting 9:30 am. Â
You are not a delegate?
Then use Saturday for an adventure city tour through the picturesque old town of Wetzlar. Follow in Goethe's footsteps through the narrow streets, visit the small but fine specialty stores, be fascinated by the optics course or perhaps take a photo at the very spot where Oskar Barnack took his world-famous first photo with the "Ur-Leica".
Climbing enthusiasts have the option of climbing in the DAV's Cube indoor climbing center. Alternatively, you can take a guided tour of the Leica World and see in detail how and where the myth of the "Leica Camera" was created.
You can take it a little easier at the Attighof Golf Club - a real insider tip for friends of the well-kept greens. Or maybe you'll meet one or two of the other tablers "underground" on a trip to the Fortuna mine.
Gala evening
The highlight of the weekend will take you to the Wetzlar Arena on Saturday evening. You will arrive at the champagne reception from 18:30. The start is at 19:30.
There, where otherwise over 4.000 fans cheer on the HSG Wetzlar in the 1. Handball-Bundesliga, concerts and musicals of international stars take place, you take place with festive ambience at the nobly covered table to the Gala evening.
We can only reveal this much: it will be breathtaking, spectacular and an AGM at its best. Culinary, atmospheric, musical as well as the highlights that we are preparing without revealing them here. Let us surprise you!

Farewell
After a lively gala night, we will return to our Welcome location on Sunday at 10:00 a.m. for the Farewell. A fine finale with jazz music and a delicious breakfast buffet will round off your memories of the AGM 2022 and strengthen you for the journey home. Nice, if you were there!
